Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Assets and Plant Department to ensure reliable and efficient processes.
• Manage and optimize PMV operations using ERP systems, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and controls.
• Analyze project requirements and provide timely PMV support aligned with construction needs.
• Implement effective cost control measures to achieve operational budgets and improve PMV efficiency.
• Supervise PMV utilization to ensure optimal deployment of plant and equipment across projects.

• Establish and maintain an effective management reporting system with KPI tracking.
• Ensure PMV operations comply with safety, health, and environmental standards for plant and satellite workshops.
• Prepare and submit detailed plans, elevations, and technical summaries for proposed PMV.
• Provide technical inputs and on‑site support related to PMV across active projects.
• Guide senior plant engineers and plant engineers on work planning, scheduling, and execution of PMV activities.
• Conduct evaluations, training, and performance appraisals of PMV staff.
• Perform site inspections to ensure safe utilization of PMV, including prior to erection, operation, and dismantling.
• Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for PMV.
• Supervise inventory control, logistics, yard management, and workshop operations.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability within plant workshops in line with project demand.
