Job summary

Oasis Dubai plant seeks a Packaging Development professional to lead packaging developments for pharma products. You will manage artwork creation for cartons, labels, and leaflets, and ensure print proofs are delivered in coordination with Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, and Regulatory teams.

The role requires 4–6 years of Pharma Packaging experience, strong technical packaging knowledge, and effective project management and communication to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Post Graduation in Packaging Technology or BTech/MTech in Packaging Technology/Polymer/Chemical Technology.
• 4–6 years of Pharma Packaging Development experience.
• Experience with packaging of solid and liquid dosage forms (primary/secondary/tertiary).
• Experience in artwork development and print management.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Specifications BoMs KLDs CCF Pack annexture for packaging development.
• Lead and manage carton, bottle cap 3D redesign for optimized line speed.
• Coordinate artwork for primary, secondary, tertiary packaging and leaflets.
• Prepare print proofs for cartons and labels.
• Maintain records of artwork files, stickers, and pack shots.
• Support pallet optimization using company software.
• Engage with 3rd parties/vendors for new formats and systems.
