Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Manager – Construction & Installation for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, execution, and supervision of civil works, onshore fabrication, offshore transport and installation, and brown-field modifications.

You will lead construction teams, drive schedules, and ensure safety, quality and cost targets are met. Ideal candidates have offshore and brown-field experience, 20+ years on large oil and gas projects, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (essential).
• Offshore and brown-field experience required.
• Minimum 20 years on large oil and gas projects, offshore included.
• Proven leadership and clear communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction team to support project objectives.
• Champion safety, promoting the objective that ‘Nobody gets Hurt’.
• Coordinate construction planning and execution to meet project objectives.
• Establish a construction organization, implement execution plans, and coordinate resourcing of construction team positions.
• Provide construction and execution strategy support through oversight and assistance.
• Ensure Contractor and Subcontractors comply with project safety expectations, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in construction management.
• Communicate short‑term and long‑term goals to direct reports, supporting project objectives.
