John Wood Group PLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced PMC Manager - Construction & Installation to lead the Islands U/G civil works, onshore fabrication and offshore installation for the ADNOC Offshore project.

You will manage construction leaders for island and onshore precast, ensure adherence to ADNOC Offshore procedures, and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to deliver milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan and schedule with stakeholders.
• Estimate costs, control the budget, and propose cost-effective options.
• Ensure construction work meets required standards and specifications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication among all project parties.
