Job summary

Wood in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced PMC Lead Weight Control Engineer (SPB) with FEED expertise for high-profile Middle East projects. You will establish and lead weight control activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation to meet CoG targets.

You will develop weight control databases, monitor growth trends and implement mitigations, while aligning with project teams and client requirements. This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the Weight Control Management Plan across the project.
• Lead all weight engineering activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation phases.
• Ensure compliance with project weight and CoG targets.
• Develop and maintain weight control databases and reporting systems.
• Monitor weight growth trends and identify potential exceedances early.
• Implement mitigation measures to prevent weight and CoG deviations from approved limits.
