Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead Weight Control Engineer (Greenfield) with extensive FEED experience for high-profile Middle East projects. The role focuses on establishing the Weight Control Management Plan and leading all weight-related activities across project phases.

The position requires strong leadership, robust data reporting, and proactive mitigation to maintain weight and CoG targets, with a focus on offshore and onshore integration.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive FEED experience on large Middle East projects.
• Strong track record in weight control engineering and performance monitoring.
• Ability to lead cross-discipline teams and manage interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the project Weight Control Management Plan.
• Lead all weight engineering activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation phases.
• Ensure compliance with project weight and CoG targets.
• Develop and maintain weight control databases and reporting systems.
• Monitor weight growth trends and identify potential exceedances early.
• Implement mitigation measures to prevent weight and CoG deviations from approved limits.
