Job summary

Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) seeks a Project Management & Engineering professional to oversee resource management, governance, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on applying best practices, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance across PM&E functions.

Candidates should have a 5–7 years PM experience with leadership exposure in Abu Dhabi, and hold a relevant degree with PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master preferred).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Prince2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource and knowledge management and governance across PM&E.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Monitor, review, and audit project management activities.
• Support project directors on procurement strategies and risk management.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the department.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master Preferred)
