Job summary

The Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi is seeking a Projects Manager to lead the Project Management and Engineering Department’s capital initiatives across the Emirate. You will guide the project team from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with DCT’s standards and reporting requirements, while delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale developments, with strong leadership, stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or related field; master’s preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is an added value.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior management.
• Knowledge of design and construction best practices locally and internationally.
• Solid understanding of local regulations and requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team from inception to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and reporting.
• Coordinate with consultants, technical teams and stakeholders through design and approvals.
• Monitor progress against plans, quality, HSE and industry standards.
• Prepare regular status reports to managers and stakeholders.
