EDGE Group is building a highly resilient hybrid multicloud platform and is seeking a Platform Reliability Engineer who thrives on automation, resilience, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on improving recoverability, reducing manual toil, and enabling successful migrations from VMware to modern cloud platforms.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of enterprise infrastructure and automation experience, with strong skills in PowerShell or Python and familiarity with Rubrik

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Experience with Nutanix, VMware, public cloud platforms, and backup/recovery technologies.
• Strong automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, performance, and recoverability of critical platform services.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery testing and recovery assurance activities.
• Develop automation to reduce operational effort and improve service reliability.
• Support platform migrations from VMware to modern cloud platforms.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational readiness across the platform.
