Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing seeks a Platform & Infra Engineer to provide Run Ops Support on a remote contract basis. You will maintain cloud infrastructure, optimize platform services, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring uptime, deploying infra changes with engineering teams, and performing patches, backups, and security updates while documenting procedures and incidents for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud operations.
• Proficient in scripting for automation and tooling.
• Familiar with containerized platforms and observability stacks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and IaC principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services for uptime.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve platform-related issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy and validate infra changes.
• Perform routine maintenance: patches, backups, security updates.
• Document runbooks and incident reports for knowledge sharing.
