Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (LInE) to work on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on maintaining high-availability systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable infrastructure solutions.

The successful candidate will design and optimize resilient systems, develop SLOs/SLIs, and automate tasks using scripting and IaC tools, delivering reliable services for LINE users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support critical services.
• Develop and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents with root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and IaC tools.
• Monitor system health and optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency.
