Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer (Infrastructure) for a remote contract role. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning.

You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring stacks to ensure reliability. Strong scripting and IaC skills are required, with a focus on security and scalable deployments.

This position offers collaboration across product and security teams and exposure to modern cloud-native delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring/logging stacks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with networking and cloud security.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Role: Dev Ops Engineer (Infrastructure) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Payout: $20 - $70/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement Dev Ops best practices and enhance deployment efficiency.
• Support cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
