The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in marketing, with strong B2B and product marketing experience in manufacturing or plastics, plus analytical creativity and a solid grasp of digital channels and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within manufacturing or plastics.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, with experience in product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify market opportunities and analyze competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product development to plan launches and campaigns.
• Maintain brand messaging across all platforms and manage online presence.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media; analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (print, online, trade shows).
• Support sales with marketing collateral and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Manage budget and provide regular ROI reporting to senior management.
