Job summary

Tanqeeb in United Arab Emirates (Ajman) seeks an experienced production supervisor for lubricant manufacturing. You will develop strategies to streamline operations, monitor the production line, ensure quality and targets are met, and prepare daily plans and batch sheets.

You will lead a team, assign tasks, conduct audits, and report incidents in line with QHSE policies. A degree in engineering and 6–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position handling lubricant production in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward common goals.
• Strong technical skills in production processes and equipment.

• Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within required timeframes.

• Monitor production-related consumables and procurement of related items

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position handling lubricant production in a reasonably complex multinational environment, preferably from the lubricants industry
• Hands-on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward common goals
• Strong technical skills in production processes and equipment.
• Degree in engineering or another relevant area.
