Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a seasoned Maintenance Operations Lead to oversee the maintenance, mobilization, installation, and commissioning of ready-mix batch plants and industrial refrigeration units across multiple sites.

You will lead site maintenance teams, define scope of work for contractors, and optimize asset management and maintenance programs to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient English (Arabic and Hindi will be an advantage).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in heavy industrial maintenance (Ready-Mix or Cement), including supervisory or managerial roles.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Languages: Proficient English (Arabic and Hindi will be an advantage)

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in heavy industrial maintenance (Ready-Mix or Cement), including supervisory or managerial roles.
