Job summary

Sundus is seeking an experienced Plant Manager / Head to lead the operations of an established Oil & Gas manufacturing base in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in manufacturing completion equipment and/or sand screens/sand-control products.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas manufacturing, and proven plant leadership experience managing 200+ staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing, preferably with significant Plant/Factory Management experience.
• Direct experience in the manufacturing of completion equipment, sand screens or sand-control products is essential.
• Previous/current experience as a Plant Manager / Plant Head managing a workforce of 200+ employees.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inspection and HSE.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, inspections and HSE requirements.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
