MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead scheduling, monitoring, and project control for high-value construction and engineering projects.

You will develop baseline schedules, track progress with Earned Value Management, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Responsibilities include Baseline Schedule Development with Primavera P6 and MS Project; CPM analysis, EVM tracking (SPI/CPI),

Competenze

• 7–10+ years of progressive planning and project control experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Baseline Schedule Development: Create, optimize, and maintain detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Update master schedules, perform CPM analysis, and evaluate performance vs baseline.
• Earned Value & Delay Analysis: Track EVM (SPI, CPI) and perform Time Impact Analysis for delay claims/EOT.
• Resource & Cash Flow Management: Prepare resource histograms, manpower plans, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, Site Engineers, Subcontractors, and Consultants to resolve bottlenecks.
• Executive Reporting: Produce weekly/monthly KPI reports, risk analysis, recovery plans, and progress photos.
