Job summary

GRID is seeking an experienced Planning Manager with strong UAE Real Estate Developer background to lead Planning & Project Controls through the full project lifecycle in the UAE. Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role requires 8–12 years in Planning and Project Controls, proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI and advanced Excel, and experience with residential, mixed-use, villa and high-rise developments. PMP/RICS/AACE/NICMAR qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–12 years experience in Planning & Project Controls.
• Experience with UAE Real Estate Developer mandatory.
• Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise Developments.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel.
• Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes.
• PMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Oversee Project Controls, progress monitoring and executive reporting.
• Manage Pre-Development Planning, Feasibility & Development programs.
• Coordinate with Authority approvals, RERA registration and regulatory tracking.
• Forecast cash flow and support commercial planning.
• Collaborate with Design, PM, Procurement, Finance, Legal & Construction teams.
• Oversee Sales & Marketing launch readiness planning.
• Provide client/investor progress updates and reporting.
• Drive Power BI dashboards and digital reporting initiatives.
• Lead EOT reviews, delay analysis and recovery planning.
