Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering is seeking a Master Scheduler to create, update, and maintain detailed project baselines for utility-scale Solar PV projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on CPM analysis, EVM metrics, S-curves, and KPI tracking to ensure on-schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering, 6+ years planning experience (2+ on solar PV), and certifications like PMP or PMI-SP. Strong reporting and executive dashboard skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• PMI/PMO certification (PMP, PMI-SP) is a major asset.
• 6+ years of planning and scheduling experience, with at least 2 years on utility-scale Solar PV projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Project Baseline Schedules (Level 3/4).
• Generate and analyze physical progress S-Curves and EVM metrics.
• Perform regular CPM analysis to identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans.
• Prepare Executive Dashboards and progress reports for leadership and external clients.
