Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Planning Engineer to join a major construction program. You will develop and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery, alignment with scope, and compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to align schedules with execution plans, analyzing delays, and preparing time impact analyses and EOT submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.
• Knowledge of contract planning requirements and delay analysis.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
