Job summary

ADC is hiring a Planning Engineer in Dubai to develop and maintain master and detailed project programmes using Primavera P6, monitor progress, critical path, milestones, and forecast results. The role also requires coordinating planning across design, procurement, construction, MEP, façade, fit-out, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience on hotel, high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE/GCC and strong Primavera P6 and MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in hotel, high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path, delay analysis, and progress measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master and detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, critical path, milestones, and schedule performance.
• Identify delays and risks and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Coordinate planning across design, procurement, construction, MEP, façade, fit-out, commissioning, and handover.
• Review subcontractor programmes and monitor performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Support delay analysis, EOT submissions, and contractual claims.
• Manage the planning team and coordinate with project stakeholders.
