Job summary

LET'S EAT! Food Brands in Dubai, UAE is seeking a motivated Pizza Commis to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on pizza dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking.

You will assist the Pizza Chef with daily production, maintain mise en place, ensure hygiene, and help the team during peak service. Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience in pizza or kitchen roles is a plus; strong teamwork and work ethic are required.

• Keep the pizza station clean and organized.
• Assist with stock rotation and ingredient preparation.

Requirements

• Can join immediately
• Previous experience as a Pizza Commis, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Assistant is preferred
• Basic knowledge of pizza preparation and dough handling
• Willingness to learn professional pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a restaurant, pizzeria, or central kitchen is an advantage
