Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation and handling.
• Experience hand-stretching thin-crust pizza.
• Experience using commercial deck ovens.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform under busy service.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in pizza preparation who takes pride in consistency, quality, and proper technique.
