Job summary

John Wood Group PLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Piping Test Pack Engineer to plan, prepare and execute piping system pressure testing activities in line with project specs, international standards and client requirements.

You will coordinate with construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams to ensure mechanical completion, inspection, testing and certification ahead of commissioning and handover on major ADNOC-scale projects, while maintaining compliance with HSE procedures and company

Qualifications

• To plan, prepare and execute piping system pressure testing activities in accordance with project specifications, international standards and client requirements.
• To ensure all piping systems are mechanically complete, inspected, tested and certified ready for commissioning and handover.
• To support safe and efficient hydrostatic and pneumatic testing while maintaining full compliance with project quality and HSE procedure

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute piping system pressure testing activities in line with project specs and standards.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams to achieve timely turnover on major oil and gas projects.
• Ensure all tests are executed safely and in compliance with HSE procedures.
