Job summary

talabat is seeking a motivated Picker for our UAE-based tmart Department in Dubai. You will contribute to fast, efficient grocery order processing, handling pick and pack tasks, stock replenishment, and daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Join a dynamic team in a no-queue, 15-minute delivery ecosystem. The role requires a high school diploma or above, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or the service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations tasks.
• Receive and check DC/Vendor purchase orders and invoices.
• Unpack goods and replenish stock.
• Handle pick and pack activities based on online orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the store, including organizing and maintaining inventory, keeping storage areas tidy and clean, and ensuring workplace safety.

Our tmart unit strives to change UAE consumers’ grocery shopping behavior from traditional retail and standard e-commerce to a no-queue, 15-minute delivery, 24/7 always-available experience.

Our warehouse operations team plays a vital role in managing warehouse efficiency. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for ensuring orderly storage planning and an efficient dispatch process.
