Job description

Capture creative footage and complete editing. Accomplish the technical tasks related to production and post-production. Transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging, set preparation and dressing. Responsible for establishing a creative shot for all the properties listed in the system, capturing creative footage and complete editing. Ensuring the scheduled appointments are completed within the stipulated time and making sure every detail is captured at the property.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create content for social media, email and any other marketing channel
• Content will include but not limited to: interviews, projects, villas, apartments, penthouses for all departments e.gResidential sales and leasing, Commercial, Short term hire, Off Plan, Property Management
• Determines what camera equipment is necessary and obtains equipment
• Transports, sets up, and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
• Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment Conduct photo shoot session as per schedule.
• Collect information from onsite locations;
• Photo shoots in accordance with the Betterhomes Photo Editing Procedure.
• Take a sketch of the unit and measure the area as per Better homes., Procedure if applicable.
• Install signage if required as per procedure and municipality regulations.
• Take the aspect of the property (orientation information) for unit file.
• Check and confirm accuracy of information supplied by the agent on the Unit File Information Form.
• Photography editing:
• Remove and fix dust and scratches
• Lighten or darken areas which needs correction
• Enhance the color by adjusting the color balance
• Enhance the brightness and the contrast
• Check whether any unit numbers, images (family pictures), or car plates need to be erased
• Check whether perspective of image is correct
• Remove any unwanted areas and items
• Conduct community, property and agent photo shoots for the Betterhomes image library, including updated
• property or community construction shots.
• Onsite visits to various property locations as advised by the team.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially impactful work.
• Advanced skills in filming techniques, handheld shooting, and cinematic framing.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• A genuine passion for content creation, storytelling, and the real estate industry.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving creative environment.
