Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HDR bracketing, exposure blending, lighting, and colour correction.
• Experience with 360° cameras such as Matterport to capture virtual tours.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with agents, owners, tenants.

We’re looking for an experienced Listing Photographer who understands the UAE real estate market and knows how to visually position apartments and villas in a way that drives engagement, enquiries, and conversions.

This role is for someone who values consistency as much as creativity, and who can operate at speed without compromising quality. You’ll be part of a high-performance marketing ecosystem where photography is treated as a core business function — not an afterthought.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional property photoshoots for apartments, villas, townhouses, and commercial properties.
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and community amenity photographs.
• Capture 360° virtual tours using Matterport or similar 360° cameras for property listings.
• Ensure proper composition, lighting, and exposure to showcase each property's best features.
• Edit and enhance photos while maintaining Provident Real Estate's brand standards.
• Deliver high-quality edited photos with fast turnaround times — including same-day delivery when required — while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with agents, property owners, and tenants to schedule and complete shoots efficiently.
• Travel across Dubai to attend scheduled property shoots.
• Organise, manage, and upload image files according to company procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain and care for photography equipment and accessories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, preferably within real estate, architecture, hospitality, or interior photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a must, including the latest generative AI tools (Generative Fill and Generative Remove) to seamlessly add or remove objects from images.
• Strong understanding of HDR bracketing and merging, exposure blending, composition, lighting, and colour correction techniques.
• Proficiency in flash photography, including on-camera and off-camera flash and flash-ambient (flambient) blending techniques.
• Must be able to operate 360° cameras such as Matterport to capture virtual tours.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and work across different editing platforms and software.
• Experience with AI-assisted photography workflows, batch editing processes, and maintaining consistent editing styles across large photo sets. (Preferred but not required)
• Fast delivery is essential — ability to deliver high-quality edited images within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate professionally with agents, property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Sony camera and lens ecosystem is a plus.
• Basic videography skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing and property portals is a plus.
