Livbnb in Dubai, UAE, seeks a hands-on Videographer & Photographer to capture premium property visuals, edit high-performing videos, and create scroll-stopping social content for luxury real estate and short-term rentals.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Higgsfield is required. A valid driving licence and own vehicle are a plus for on-site shoots.

Qualifications

• Proven videography, photography, and short-form video editing experience, especially in real estate or hospitality.
• High proficiency with the listed Adobe tools and Higgsfield for AI-assisted workflows.
• Own a car and possess a valid driving licence (licence mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled, hands‑on Videographer & Photographer to join our team. If you know how to capture premium property visuals, edit high-performing videos, and create scroll‑stopping social content using advanced tools and AI, we want to hear from you.

• On‑Site Shoots: Conduct high‑quality property photoshoots and video walkthroughs for luxury real estate listings, holiday home vacation rentals, and property management campaigns.
• Photo Editing: Retouch, frame, and perfect property imagery using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom .
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Cut, color grade, and add visual effects for high‑converting content using Adobe Premiere Pro , DaVinci Resolve , and Adobe After Effects .
• Creative Social Content: Work alongside marketing to shoot and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and targeted ad visuals designed to drive bookings, sales leads, and brand awareness.
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern AI tools like Higgsfield for rapid editing workflows, image enhancement, and innovative ad creative concepts.
• Attend Events: Cover events, activations, and special occasions to capture high‑quality content for real‑time and future marketing use.
• Maintain Content : Manage a structured digital asset library of photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing materials for future use.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and short-form video editing (Real Estate or Hospitality experience is a strong plus).
• Have a car and driving licence. (having a car is optional, but driving licence is mandatory)
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Higgsfield.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in visual media production and content creation workflows.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and content formats that perform well on Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to handle on‑site property visits and manage edits efficiently.
