Job summary

Oasis Living Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a talented Photographer Videographer Video Editor to join our Dubai team. You will capture photos and videos of residential, commercial, and luxury properties, and craft cinematic tours and social media content.

The role requires proficiency in video editing software, strong storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple shoots with tight deadlines. UAE driving license is a plus and drone experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing in real estate.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional photos and videos of residential, commercial and luxury properties.
• Produce cinematic property tours, walkthroughs and lifestyle videos.
• Film and edit property showings and showcase videos for listings.
• Create engaging personal branding videos for real estate agents including introductions, market updates and social media content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms
• Edit photos and videos with professional color grading, sound design, transitions and motion graphics
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, microphones and drones if licensed to achieve high-quality results
• Coordinate with agents to plan shoots, understand property highlights and deliver content that supports sales and marketing goals
• Organize, manage and archive media files efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest real estate content trends and bring fresh creative ideas to every project
• Ensure all content is delivered on time while maintaining high production standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing (real estate experience is highly preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, and storytelling
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Drone operation experience or certification is a plus
