Revolut in Dubai seeks an Arabic-speaking Support Specialist to own customer issues, find solutions, and enhance our 24/7 support coverage. night and weekend shifts are fully compensated.

You’ll help millions with fast, thoughtful assistance and collaborate with international teams to improve the customer experience. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 18+ months of CS experience, and native Arabic with English at C1+ level.

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for an Arabic-speaking Support Specialist to take ownership of customer issues, think deeper to find solutions, and contribute to the way we support our customers every day.

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing customers with a seamless experience to ensure confidence in using our features
• Delivering outstanding customer support over the phone
• Representing Revolut by ensuring professional and consistent communication with customers
• Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues

What you’ll need

• A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)
• 18+ months of customer service experience
• Fluency in English (C1+ level)
• Fluency in Arabic (native level)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
• Great numeracy, analytical, and IT skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
