Job summary

Revolut, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager for the UAE. You will manage local payment operations, maintain relationships with payment systems, and ensure regulatory compliance to support secure and efficient payments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, monitor risks, and deliver high-trust payment services across the region. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with local payment schemes.

• In-depth knowledge of payments legislation and regulation.
• Certifications/trainings in local payment system operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with local payment systems in the UAE.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations: initiation, verification, reconciliation, settlement.
• Collaborate with IT to address technical issues in payment systems.
• Generate reports on payments activity, volumes and KPIs for decisions.
• Monitor fraud and operational risks; implement mitigations.
• Engage in industry forums to stay updated on trends and changes.
• Promote diverse talent and inclusive culture within Revolut.

We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to ensure efficient and secure local payment operations. You'll be maintaining compliance and managing relationships with key payment systems across the UAE.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with local payments systems, acting as the point of contact on behalf of Revolut
• Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures
• Conducting payment operations and overseeing end-to-end processes, including transaction initiation, verification, reconciliation, and settlement
• Collaborating with internal IT teams to address any technical issues related to payment systems
• Generating regular reports on payment activities, volumes, and performance metrics to support decision-making and remain in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and mitigating payment-related risks, such as fraud, errors, and operational disruptions, by suggesting appropriate control measures and conducting risk assessments
• Engaging in industry forums and working groups
• Staying updated with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the payment industry, continually enhancing professional knowledge and skills

What You'll Need

• Fluency in English
