Job summary

Candidates should have 3+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, live in the UAE, and hold a degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences. Oncology experience is a plus; relocation is unfavorable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience in Oncology is a plus; other therapeutic areas may apply.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and have worked in the country of posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Promote and provide scientific information on assigned products to healthcare professionals in line with company strategies and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned therapeutic areas, products, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Identify business opportunities and implement appropriate customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to execute brand and account strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.
• Effectively manage the assigned territory and customer portfolio to maximize business opportunities.
