Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking a pharmacist to welcome customers, dispense medicines accurately, and ensure MOH compliance within the pharmacy.

The role requires clear English communication and the ability to work across departments. You will help maintain inventory, train staff, and participate in monthly reviews to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid pharmacist license to work in the relevant regulatory health authority.
• Clear and effective communication in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work across departments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients/customers entering the pharmacy.
• Dispense medicines accurately and in the correct dosage with clear labeling and instructions.
• Work closely with pharmacy staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Promote teamwork and ensure every walk-in patient is cared for.

Job description

Responsible for welcoming and greeting patients customers as they enter the pharmacy Dispensing must be performed accurately in an orderly manner in the correct dosage quantity as prescribed by the physician with clear instructions and in a package that maintains the potency of the medicine Assign delegate and work closely with pharmacy staff Facilitate induct train develop staff on their job and evaluate them periodically Encourage effective teamwork Ensure every patient walk s in has been taken care and nobody is left unattended and unsatisfied Each member of staff will be responsible for maintenance of medicine and general products on the rack and ensure locating the correct medicine from the rack as per prescription maintain inventory and make sure it is handled properly Under no circumstances lying of medicine on pharmacy floor would be entertained Strict action would be taken against any pharmacy violating this procedure Responsible for handling phone calls in the pharmacy and providing information to customer queries Implement and Improve Quality SOP s in the pharmacy as per MOH guidelines and work closely with Quality Manager Ensure the pharmacy is MOH compliant and all the documentation is regularly updated and kept in the pharmacy Participate in monthly review meeting.

Essential:

• the post holder mustHave an appropriate license to work as a Pharmacist in the relevant regulatory health authority with all the qualifications and experience these mandates.Manage their own professional re-licensure.Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.Be willing to work across departments when necessary.Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written)
