Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) invites applications for a District Manager to lead our sales district in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee multiple stores, drive targets and optimize operations to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Head, you will develop district sales strategies, coach store managers, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience developing district sales strategies to meet targets.
• Strong relationships with clients and ability to resolve escalations.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stores in the district meet standards for service, cleanliness and performance.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and recognition to maintain high engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for retention and growth.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive the district to meet or exceed sales targets with effective strategies.
• Monitor store performance and implement revenue/profitability strategies.
• Train store managers and staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Manage budgets and expenses within the district.
• Ensure a positive customer experience across stores and compliance with standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and policy adherence across outlets.
• Liaise between HQ and store managers to convey policies and performance expectations.
