Job summary

SwingFIT Academies in Dubai invites qualified golf coaches to join our established coach tier. You deliver the core coaching product, own golf swing evaluations with a clear close, and play a broader role in member experience across locations.

You will coach golfers of all levels, log same-day session records, use TrackMan and dual-camera in every lesson, and work from data to grow your book while maintaining retention at or above company averages.

Read this first: we sell progress, not lessons.

A booked lesson is the vehicle, not the product. At SwingFIT you own your members' results, and that ownership doesn't start and stop with the booked hour. There's a real difference between aswing instructor and a golf coach: an instructor fixes a swing, a coach helps a golfer shoot lower scores. That's what we hire for.

This is not about working for free. You're paid a strong guaranteed base for your role and your contracted hours, and supporting your members is part of that role - done inside your working time, not piled on top. We're asking for the mindset: own the outcome, not just the slot. If that's not how you want to coach, this probably isn't the seat for you, and that's completely fine - we'd both rather know early.

The role

This is our established coach tier. You deliver the core coaching product, own your Golf Swing Evaluations with a confident, goal-led close, and take a wider role in the member experience at your location. You'll coach golfers across every level - SwingFIT coaches don't specialise by handicap - with a fuller book than a Junior coach.

What you'll own

• Member progress, inside and outside the booked lesson - cleardiagnosis, one priority, an executable plan.
• Your evaluations and the close, in partnership with the MemberSuccess team. Every evaluation ends with a clear recommendationand a stated end goal the player believes in - a real closeattempt every time, or a clean handoff.
• Same-day session records. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.
• TrackMan and dual-camera in every lesson - not optional.
• Grow your own book of members - new members are tracked, never a fixed target - and keep retention at or better than the company average.

What we look for

• Fully PGA-qualified, with a solid coaching background and proof of client progress.
• Clear, calm, confident recommendations - comfortable askingfor commitment without being pushy.
• Strong on diagnosis and prioritization: find the one thing that matters, don't over-teach.
• Clean logging habits and comfort working from data.
• High ownership, process-driven, and a genuine team player. Howyou show up for peers, Member Success, and members matters as much as your delivery.

Compensation

Guaranteed base 17,000 AED/month, rising to 26,000 AED/month with performance bonuses that activate on your monthly member-lessoncount. The base is in your contract and never changes - the bonus sits on top. We set the base high on purpose, so your focus is on member development and the leads that come in every day, not on chasing your next paid hour.

Most of our coaches relocate to Dubai to join us. We sponsor and manage your visa and help you settle in, but you should plan for the cost of relocating before your first salary.
