Job summary

SwingFIT Academies in Dubai invites qualified golf coaches to join our established coach tier. You deliver the core coaching product, own golf swing evaluations with a clear close, and play a broader role in member experience across locations.

You will coach golfers of all levels, log same-day session records, use TrackMan and dual-camera in every lesson, and work from data to grow your book while maintaining retention at or above company averages.

Qualifications

• PGA qualification and proven client progress.
• Ability to diagnose and prioritise to find the one thing that matters.
• Strong logging and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage member progress inside and outside booked lessons with clear action plans.
• Deliver swing evaluations and close with a concrete recommendation.
• Record same-day session data and ensure it is logged.
• Utilise TrackMan and dual-camera in every lesson to inform coaching.
• Grow your book of members while maintaining retention at or above company average.
