Job summary

SwingFIT Academies is data-led golf coaching, with two indoor locations in Dubai—Studio City and DIFC—using TrackMan data and dual-camera video. We're hiring Junior PGA Coaches to grow with us.

This is a starting role delivering 60-minute sessions, owning member progress, and learning the SwingFIT evaluation and recommendation process. You'll support evaluations, with higher responsibility possible, and earn a strong base with performance bonuses.

Job Description

SwingFIT Academies is data-led golf coaching, built to lower scores. Two indoor locations in Dubai — Studio City and DIFC — with every session run on TrackMan ball and club data and dual-camera video. We're hiring Junior PGA Coaches to grow with us.

Read this first: we sell progress, not lessons.

A booked lesson is the vehicle, not the product. At SwingFIT you own your members' results, and that ownership doesn't start and stop with the booked hour. There's a real difference between a swing instructor and a golf coach: an instructor fixes a swing, a coach helps a golfer shoot lower scores. We hire coaches — and we develop strong instructors into them.

This is not about working for free. You're paid a strong guaranteed base for your role and your contracted hours, and supporting your members is part of that role — done inside your working time, not piled on top. We're asking for the mindset: own the outcome, not just the slot. If that's not how you want to coach, this probably isn't the seat for you, and that's completely fine — we'd both rather know early.

The role

This is your starting tier at SwingFIT. You'll deliver structured 60-minute sessions inside our coaching framework, own your members' progress, and work through our internal development programme. You'll coach golfers across every level — SwingFIT coaches don't specialise by handicap — and learn the SwingFIT evaluation and recommendation process. Junior coaches don't run evaluations yet; you'll learn them and support them, and in some situations you'll be given one to run.

What you’ll own

• Member progress, inside and outside the booked lesson — clear diagnosis, one priority, an executable plan.
• Same-day session records. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.
• TrackMan and dual-camera in every lesson — not optional.
• New members onto your book — tracked, not a fixed target — and retention at or better than the company average.

• A team player. How you show up for your peers, the Member Success team, and members matters as much as your delivery.
• Comfortable with data and willing to follow the logging standard from day one.

Compensation

Guaranteed base 12,000 AED/month, rising to 20,000 AED/month with performance bonuses that activate on your monthly member-lesson count. The base is in your contract and never changes — the bonus sits on top. We set the base high on purpose, so your focus is on member development and the leads that come in every day, not on chasing your next paid hour.

What's provided

UAE residency visa, sponsored and managed by the Academy, medical insurance after visa approval, full TrackMan and dual-camera access at both locations, a structured, assessed development programme with sign-off at each milestone, a clear path to grow as SwingFIT grows.

Most of our coaches relocate to Dubai to join us. We sponsor and manage your visa and help you settle in, but you should plan for the cost of relocating before your first salary.
