Job summary

MyPT in the UAE is seeking an enthusiastic padel coach to join our growing academy built around a premium, family-oriented environment where coaching goes beyond the court.

The role involves coaching children and adults, leading match making and Americano sessions, and coordinating events and tournaments. You will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and contribute ideas for academy growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of padel coaching experience.
• Currently living in the UAE.
• Previous coaching experience in the UAE with references is a plus.
• Experienced in coaching both children and adults.
• Excellent with children and able to create an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach children's and adults' academy sessions.
• Lead Match Making and Americano sessions, including playing when required.
• Lead events and tournaments by welcoming players, supervising, updating scores, coordinating match flow and prize presentations.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all members.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of padel coaching experience
• Currently living in the UAE
• Previous coaching experience in the UAE with references is a plus
• Experienced in coaching both children and adults
• Excellent with children and able to create an engaging learning environment
• A great fit for a family-oriented academy
• Energetic, professional and approachable
• A coach with vision who wants to contribute to the growth of the academy
• Willing to follow the academy's coaching structure while incorporating their own teaching style and techniques

Responsibilities

• Coach children's and adults' academy sessions
• Lead Match Making and Americano sessions, including playing when required
• Lead events and tournaments by welcoming players, supervising, updating scores, coordinating match flow and prize presentations
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all members

Employment

• 30 hours per week
• Fixed monthly salary
• Additional hours beyond 30 hours per week are paid at an hourly rate
• Performance and contract review after the first 6 months, with the opportunity to revise the role and compensation based on performance and the academy's growth
