Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a UAE National Personalised Learning Specialist to join Seer Bani Yas Charter School in Abu Dhabi for the 2026/27 academic year. Qualifications

• UAE National with a minimum bachelor degree.
• Academic specialisation in English, Mathematics, Science, Arabic or another relevant subject.
• Strong knowledge of the language used to deliver the applicable curriculum.
• Ability to provide focused individual and small-group instruction.
• Understanding of differentiated learning and academic intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support individual students and small groups during classroom lessons.
• Deliver structured intervention sessions inside and outside the classroom.
• Use subject-specific expertise to provide targeted academic support.
• Plan intervention programmes in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Ensure interventions focus on measurable student progress.
• Align intervention content with curriculum objectives and learning needs.
• Coordinate other support staff when assigned.
