  • Ensure exercise equipment is maintained and used safely by clients during sessions.
  • Stay updated on fitness industry trends and integrate new practices into client programs.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of client interactions.
  • Promote personal training services and initiatives to recruit new clients effectively.

Requirements
  • Certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and basic exercise physiology principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and educate clients.
  • Ability to develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required for fitness professionals.
  • Previous experience in personal training or a related fitness role is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to demonstrate exercises and safely perform fitness assessments.
