Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive personal loan growth across Abu Dhabi branch networks. You will leverage relationship management skills and product knowledge to meet targets, support branch operations, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years in financial services sales, familiarity with UAE regulations, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. This is an on-site contract position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services sales, focusing on personal loans.
• Proven track record as Relationship Officer or Sales Executive in a branch environment.
• Experience with UAE banking regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan sales targets across assigned branches.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through in-branch activities and outreach initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on personal loan products, features, and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with branch staff to streamline loan application and approval processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
