Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Retail Banking / Branch Sales / Relationship Management.
• Experience selling Personal Loans preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly targets.
• Familiarity with KYC, credit and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers via branch walk-ins, referrals and self-generated leads.
• Promote and sell Personal Loans and other retail banking products.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Assist customers with applications, documents and onboarding.
