NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Personal Butler in Abu Dhabi to provide exceptional service to VIP residents and guests. The role requires discretion, immaculate presentation, and the ability to manage complex household operations with poise.

You will coordinate dining, transport, and arrangements, maintain confidentiality, etiquette, and multi-task effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Summary

One of our clients is looking for Personal Butler in Abu Dhabi. Role Purpose Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, organizational and management skills, and an ability to multitask and a proactive approach to meeting the diverse needs of the VVIPs, residents and guests., , in addition to some that are unique to the role of the butler, such as discretion, meticulous attention to detail. A butler will be well-versed in etiquette and serving and have a thorough understanding of formal home care. In many cases, he or she may speak several languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all household supplies and provisions are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Formal table service and service of drinks.
• Valeting, including clothing and shoe care.
• Flower arranging and table decorations.
• Serve meals.
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for our VVIPs, and guests.
• Ensure rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary.
• Arrange amenities for our VVIPs, and guests.
• Always remain well-groomed.
• Keep up to date on all premises policies on safety and hygiene.
• Perform all day-to-day duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings.
• Coordinate guest activities and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
