Job summary

Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive Retail Banking Sales professional to drive monthly sales targets, present and sell personal banking products, and manage a portfolio of company clients.

You will collaborate with Corporate and SME units, onboard new companies, develop relationships, and support cross-sell across retail channels while maintaining strict compliance, KYC/AML, and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 4+ years in retail banking sales
• Strong sales mentality with target orientation and results drive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of bank policies, KYC, AML and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Assist in development and implementation of team goals aligned with the unit's strategic direction.
• Present and sell personal banking products and services to customers in an ethical, structured and professional manner.
• Relationship-manage a portfolio of companies; onboard new accounts and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-sell and payroll banking opportunities.
