Job summary

IFF Middle East FZ - LLC in Dubai is offering an internship for a Year 3 ISIPCA student to grow into a market-aware, technically skilled perfumer. You will gain hands-on experience in fragrance formulation, category immersion, consumer understanding, scientific exposure, and mentorship, contributing across the fragrance creation process.

Working with the Scent Design & Creation group and cross-functional teams, you will learn laboratory best practices, safety, organization, and sample handling

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Year 3 ISIPCA Scent Design and Creation program.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a laboratory.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple local and regional projects across the perfumery organization.
• Contribute to creative fragrance projects under the guidance of experienced perfumers and fragrance professionals.
• Complete a creative exercise ('the brief') to develop technical and creative perfumery skills.
• Assist with fragrance evaluations and sensory learning activities to strengthen olfactory capabilities.
• Learn and apply laboratory best practices, including safety, organization, and sample handling procedures.
• Support the Scent Design Group team on a variety of initiatives to deepen understanding of fragrance development.
