As (Senior) Scent Design Manager, you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions and new development processes.

Qualifications

Fluent in English.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities
Define consumer insights strategy to learn from consumers and gain competitive advantage
Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate exploration and differentiation
