Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is offering an on-site ISIPCA internship in Dubai for a Year 3 ISIPCA student to gain hands-on experience in perfumery. You will work with Scent Design & Creation teams and cross-functional colleagues, building knowledge across fragrance development and laboratory practice.

The role emphasizes creative exercise completion, fragrance evaluations, and learning laboratory safety while collaborating with experienced perfumers and technical experts.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Year 3 of the ISIPCA Scent Design and Creation program.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills; eager to learn and receive feedback.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple local and regional projects across the perfumery organization.
• Contribute to creative fragrance projects under guidance of experienced perfumers and fragrance professionals.
• Complete a creative exercise to develop technical and creative perfumery skills.
• Assist with fragrance evaluations and sensory learning activities to strengthen olfactory capabilities.
• Learn and apply laboratory best practices, including safety, organization, and sample handling procedures.
• Support the Scent Design Group on various initiatives to deepen understanding of fragrance development.
