Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Senior Scent Design Manager in its Dubai Scent Creative Center to lead fragrance themes and development processes.

You will collaborate with perfumers, technical teams and marketing to translate consumer insights into innovative fragrance solutions and capabilities, driving competitive differentiation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent olfactive communication supporting the creative process.
• Ability to identify fragrance or technology solutions based on market relevance.
• Strong understanding of market/consumer trends and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop fragrance themes, technologies and development processes.
• Collaborate with perfumers, technical teams, and marketing across functions.
• Define and execute Holistic Scent Design principles and consumer insights strategies.
• Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to enable differentiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and share market insights.
