Job Summary This internship is designed to help a Year 3 IFF ISIPCA student evolve into a more market‑aware, technically skilled, and professionally mature future perfumer. Through a combination of creative training, fragrance formulation practice, category immersion, consumer understanding, scientific exposure, and ongoing mentorship, you will gain hands‑on experience across the fragrance creation process. Working alongside Scent Design & Creation and cross‑functional teams, you will build the knowledge, capabilities, and business understanding needed to support your development toward a successful career in perfumery. Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support multiple local and regional projects simultaneously across the perfumery organization.
- Contribute to creative fragrance projects under the guidance of experienced perfumers and fragrance professionals.
- Complete a creative exercise ('the brief') to develop technical and creative perfumery skills.
- Assist with fragrance evaluations and sensory learning activities to strengthen olfactory capabilities.
- Learn and apply laboratory best practices, including safety, organization, and sample handling procedures.
- Support the Scent Design Group team on a variety of initiatives to deepen understanding of fragrance development.

- Currently enrolled in Year 3 of the ISIPCA Scent Design and Creation program
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional local language skills relevant to the location are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback and development opportunities.
- Ability to work in a laboratory environment while following established safety and quality standards.
