Vallée Executive Search is sourcing a senior perfumer specialized in home and fabric care for a Bangkok-based role with relocation support. The candidate will develop fragrances for laundry detergents, softeners, surface cleaners and air care while tailoring to Asian markets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the fragrance industry, strong IFRA knowledge, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a growing organization. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fragrance industry with at least 2 years as a junior perfumer.
• Strong track record in home and fabric care.
• Experience creating fragrances for emerging markets.
• Formal perfumery training.
• Good knowledge of IFRA standards.
• Willing to relocate to Thailand.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create fragrances for home and fabric care applications.
• Handle customer briefs from submission through to final wins.
• Adapt fragrances to local preferences and price points.
• Collaborate with evaluators, labs, sales and regulatory teams.
• Build a portfolio of home and fabric care fragrances for Asian markets.
• Share know-how with perfumer analysts and FDM as Bangkok team grows.
